How Do I Return?

To start the return process, go to My Account > Orders > Click on the Refund button for the order you want to return. Follow the instructions provided to complete your request.

For non-registered users, please send an email to returns@grafitistore.com with the unboxing video as an attachment. Make sure to include your order details and reason for the return in the email.

Are There Any Charges for Returns?

Yes, all returns and exchanges are chargeable at ₹100.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Damaged Products: Refunds or exchanges for damaged products will only be processed if accompanied by an unboxing video as proof.
  • Pack/Bundled Items: Items purchased in packs or bundles are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Sale Items: Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except plain or solid clothing items, which can be exchanged for a different size (subject to availability) with a ₹100 shipping charge.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order ID and required details.
  2. For damaged products, share the unboxing video proof.
  3. Once approved, you will be guided on how to return the product.

Why Can My Return Be Rejected?

  • The returned item is not in its original packaging or is in poor condition.
  • Items that show signs of wear will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Self-Shipping for Returns

If your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you must courier the product(s) to:

  • Securely pack the items and include your ORDER ID and registered mobile number.
  • Refunds for self-shipped returns will include a shipping charge reimbursement of up to ₹100.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds for damaged products will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after the return is inspected.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • No refunds will be provided for items that do not meet the return conditions.
